Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Appleton International Airport

The young lady who checked us in, asked what kind of handicapped accessible room we needed. I told her my boyfriend was in a wheelchair. She looked at the room I had booked, and said the shower wasn't accessible. She apologized for the misunderstanding on the hotels web page. She then changed our room to a handicapped accessible room. I explained my parents and son and daughter in law and granddaughter was coming for our Christmas. She then offered us the board room, which was fantastic. When we got into our room, she called us to make sure the room would work. Very very happy with the service, and the hotel is fantastic!

We had the one suite in the whole hotel that had a balcony :-) Decent breakfast included. Starbucks coffee. Proximity to AirVenture in Oshkosh. Has pool (though we didn’t use it as we had not read about it when booking so didn’t have suits along). Quiet. Good cookies in the afternoon.

The breakfast was nice & tasty. A good variety of choices for food. The hotel was very clean and the staff I did encounter was friendly.

The property is clean, quiet, and close to our needs while in Neenah. I love the offerings here, from a provided breakfast to freshly baked cookies in the lobby.
