The young lady who checked us in, asked what kind of handicapped accessible room we needed. I told her my boyfriend was in a wheelchair. She looked at the room I had booked, and said the shower wasn't accessible. She apologized for the misunderstanding on the hotels web page. She then changed our room to a handicapped accessible room. I explained my parents and son and daughter in law and granddaughter was coming for our Christmas. She then offered us the board room, which was fantastic. When we got into our room, she called us to make sure the room would work. Very very happy with the service, and the hotel is fantastic!

Very nice looking facility. Rooms looked well maintained. Very upscale feel. Convenient location. Staff handled a difficult situation very professionally.

The breakfast was nice & tasty. A good variety of choices for food. The hotel was very clean and the staff I did encounter was friendly.

Breakfast was typical for many of the other establishments. Prefer more options. We were there for several days and wanted top eat in one night however the menu selections at the restaurant were not what we had hoped for. It had very limited options and found it to be over priced. My husband has a basic food palette and would have liked to have been able to order a grilled chicken dinner but it was not available on the menu.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff followed the facilities' rules and ensured we felt we were really very accommodated. We will visit again!

The property is clean, quiet, and close to our needs while in Neenah. I love the offerings here, from a provided breakfast to freshly baked cookies in the lobby.
